All repairs go thru the same process of checking, testing, measuring and eliminating the working parts from the defective parts. We understand that many of these electronic parts can be difficult to measure but, with years of experience in electronic repairs, we’ve been able to create a motorcycle dashboard simulation device.

Send us your motorcycle dashboard and we’ll connect it to our simulation device where we can test nearly all the signals that go to and come from your dashboard. Here is just a small selection of these signals for your reference: speed signal, tachometer signal, fuel gauge sensor, temperature sensor, oil pressure sensor, turn-signal indicators, dashboard illumination, CAN-bus system etc. We can also take into account that some problems arise only at high or low temperatures.
When repairing your dashboard we can retain your stored km reading (and sometimes even the stored key codes). Common weak electronic components will be replaced with better new (revised) parts. All dashboard repairs come with one year warranty and possible cause of defect report (i.e. over-voltage or moisture).
Retaining your key codes & odometer reading
If we’re unable to repair your motorcycle dashboard and you have purchased a used (or new) dashboard, we are able to copy the odometer reading (many Italian motorcycles also have key codes) from your original dash to a used or new dashboard, even if the circuit board is broken!
For this we need your defective original dashboard and your used or new dashboard.
